About This Event
The Millis Mohawk Boosters, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization run by parent volunteers to raise funds to support Millis Middle and High School Athletic programs, is excited to be hosting its second Annual "Boo"sters Costume 5k!! We are looking to bring together local students, parents, and community members for a fun but competitive 5k starting and finishing at Tangerini's Spring Street Farm. We all know how beautiful fall is in this area, and fall on the farm is not to be missed!! And only 3 days before Halloween, we encourage you to be creative and come in costume!!
Course
The race will leave Tangerini's Farm and head left on Spring St. Cross Route 109 and continue on Auburn St. to Ridge St. Run around the island at the junction of Ridge St. and Union St. and return along the same route.

Awards
Prizes will be awarded to the overall top Male and Female finisher as well as for best costume.
Medals will be awarded to male/female age category winners: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 50-59, 60+
Number Pick Up
Number pick up will be on race day beginning at 7:30am at Tangerini's Farm.
Post Race Refreshments
Water, cider, and snacks will be provided after the race. And you are welcome and encouraged to stay and spend some time on the farm for fresh produce and goodies.

Waiver and Release of Liability for Participants
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Millis Mohawk Boosters Spooky Run 5k, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such an activity, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Millis Mohawk Boosters and Tangerinis Spring Street Farm, and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, the town of Millis, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the Millis Mohawk Boosters Spooky Run 5k, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by Millis Mohawk Booster's or Tangerini's Spring Street Farm's negligence.
Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me. (This information is protected by the Privacy Act).
If Participant is a minor:
As the parent/legal guardian of the above-named Participant, I hereby waive and release on behalf of my child, any and all claims, and causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Millis Mohawk Boosters, Tangerini's Spring Street Farm, and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, the town of Millis, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, by reason of my child’s participation in said program, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by Millis Mohawk Booster’s or Tangerini's Spring Street Farm's negligence.
